WE-CSGS is an metallic EMI gasket with high conductivity and galvanic corrosion protection for EMC enclosures, industrial ovens and EMC chambers with 29 available standard shapes and customized solutions.

WE-EGS is a waterproof EMI conductive elastomer gasket with IP68 protection for water exposed environments, metal housings and medical devices with 57 available standard shapes and customized solutions on request.

WE-TGF is a thermally conductive, conformable gap filler pad for gaps between contact surfaces and provides electrical isolation with customized solutions on request.

Power Magnetics

WE-CST is a current sense SMT transformer with RDC 3 mΩ & IR 7 A for frequency up to 1 MHz. It offers a high withstand voltage (750 VAC) and compact size (3,55mm maximum height).

WE-HCM is a high current flat wire inductor with very small, low-tolerance RDC & high ISAT. Sizes 4030 and 5030 offer a low profile (3 mm) and a small footprint (5.6 x 1.7 mm). Size 1012 offers a highly executed & narrow version to get a high ISAT (>125 A).

Optoelectronics

WL-OCPT is a optocoupler phototransistor that isolates a IR LED and a phototransistor galvanically in one package for high isolation voltages of 5 kV. Stable CTR (Current Transfer Ratio) in full operation temperature range and different CTR (Current Transfer Ratio) binnings available.

WL-TIRC is a THT infrared LED available in the sizes 3 mm and 5 mm and in the standard wavelengths 850nm and 940nm. The products are characterized by a transparent blue lens and a narrow beam angle. Perfectly adapted to our THT photodetectors.

WL-SUMW is a high-power ultraviolet ceramic LED, which has been extended with a wavelength of 365nm in addition to the wavelengths of 385nm, 395nm and 405nm. Due to the high ESD resistance of 8kV and a standard solder pad, the products can be used in many UV applications.

WL-SWTP is a white 5630 PLCC LED available in five different colour temperatures and a high efficiency. The series also has a high colour rendering index CRI and tight binning.

EMC Components

The MagI³C-FDSM Fixed Step-Down Regulator Module is a cost-effective solution in SIP-3 package with extended input voltage range to comply with the transient requirements of the industrial 24 V voltage rail for Point-of-Load DC-DC applications from 9 V, 12 V, 15 V, 18 V & 24 V industrial rails and interface & microcontroller supply.

Wireless Connectivity & Sensors

The new series "Elara" and "Erinome" are GNSS modules for global positioning, whereby the "Elara-II" is currently the smallest GNSS module on the market. The modules with integrated or external antenna impress with high accuracy (1.5 m) and fast acquisition (1 s hot start and 28 s cold start). Besides evaluation boards, further design-in tools are offered, such as the software tool WENSS.

The new Bluetooth low-energy 5.1 module Proteus-III and the proprietary variant Thyone-I are 8 × 12 × 2 mm modules with integrated antenna, encryption technology and six configurable IO pins and are based on the Nordic Semiconductor nRF52840 chipset. The WE-ProWare firmware, which has been proven over many years, makes the modules extremely flexible for use in radio-based maintenance interfaces and sensor networks, for example. A radio stick and an evaluation kit are also available.

The fully calibrated digital temperature sensor is based on a silicon base and impresses by its high accuracy (up to ±0.25 °C typ.), the fully calibrated 16 bit temperature output and the selectable output data rate up to 200 Hz. It has an I²C digital communication interface and programmable temperature threshold and interrupt. The matching evaluation kit also simplifies the design in for applications such as power system monitoring, HVAC or cold chain monitoring.

The new proprietary radio module Themisto-I is ideal for industrial applications requiring a long range of up to 10.5 km. As usual, an evaluation kit is available for fast prototyping.

The new Bluetooth® low energy 5.0 Proteus-II USB radio stick is a plug&play solution for higher data rates of up to 2 Mbit/s and an increased data throughput of up to 200 kbit/s. It is therefore the perfect complement to the corresponding module.

Electromechanical Components

WR-SMB is designed with snap on coupling in 50 ohm impedance, and offer broadband capability from DC up to 4 GHz. It is smaller than SMA and ideally suited for circuit miniaturization. Wide range of products are introduced from PCB to cable connectors in different gender, orientation, and mounting types.

The new series WR-SMP designed for push-on mating technology and small density for applicationwith limited space. Their interface respects MIL-STD-348 fig. 326; and intermateable with GPO.

The new WR-FAST THT male headers series, designed to carry currents up to 16 A. Multiple blade designs, orientations and pitches available.

The new range of WR-LIF (Low Insertion Force) connectors, where FFC contacts are simply inserted into the compact connector to secure the connection. The primary areas of application are screens and displays.

Automotive Standard Products

WE-MPSA is a multilayered chip bead ferrite designed for power applications. Allowing currents up to 10 A and RDC down to 4 mΩ, WE-MPSA comes with a specifi ed peak current capability, allowing EMI suppression in applications with high inrush current such as multimedia systems or motorinterference suppression.

WE-RCIS is a Rod Core Choke SDM design for filter inductor solutions, which can be applied in all standard automotive applications, specifically designed for EMC Suppression in motor drive and infotainment systems. Its design allows for a high saturation current up to 45 A and rated current up to 22.5 A.

WE-HCFA is a high current SMT inductor with a flat wire style that provides excellent current capabilities. Additionally, its robust SMT design enables a high saturation current up to 81 A. WE-HCFA offers a specially designed base to ensure an outstanding coplanarity and improved assembly for DC/DC automotive applications.

WE-HCIT is a high current THT inductor with an iron powder core and a soft saturation behavior. Its small RDC and its design allows for high current capabilities up to 27 A. The HCIT offers the ideal specifications for both DC/DC and filtering applications.
